Brief Biography

Way back when, I lived in Boston and played my dulcimer in the Public Gardens and sang in coffee houses. I moved to San Francisco and Manhattan, the Cape, Connecticut and back to Manhattan before finally landing in Vermont, where I’ve been for 24 years.

I’ve come to VCS after 14+ years at UVM, where I was the “Spiritual Advisor”/Office Manager for Civil & Environmental Engineering. My husband Bill (Biochemistry prof at UVM) and I have three children: Reid (who was married in July), Emily (living in Kentucky), and Kate (who was married in May). We also have two fur-friends: Winslow, the wonder dog, and Stella, the cat.
