Conflict Resolution Theater Workshop

The goal of this course was to teach students about Conflict Resolution, emphasizing the fact that conflict does not have to be a negative event; it can be a learning experience that allows everyone to open their minds and learn about different perspectives on an infinite number of topics. The academic content included the conflict cycle, different styles of conflict, effective communication techniques, and methods of conflict resolution. Ultimately the group created a drama-based workshop that was delivered at a school that helped spread their new understanding of the conflict resolution process to other students of all ages.
