VCS is pleased to announce that our student body now has access to
the Vermont Online Library, a resource that provides high
quality resources for student research -- from newspaper articles to
encyclopedias, to scholarly and scientific journal articles -- and much
more. Included in the Vermont
Online Library are
multiple databases for all age groups, which allow for research across all
subject areas and provide full-text access to thousands of documents from known
and trusted publishers. This is possible through a consortial agreement
that the Vermont State Libraries has made with two major database vendors, in
order to provide schools and public libraries in Vermont an affordable
opportunity for access to important bodies of information.
